While I don’t condemn cars like these, I question their utility. If I’m driving a Mustang GT with 500HP, am I having less fun if it makes 400HP? We are approaching peak crazy with regard to horsepower.

Although it has north of the 500hp figure you quote, this car is not about that. 999 kg while retaining AWD. Would imagine it would be right there with an FXX on track.

Can’t deny the novelty of doing a highway run in a purpose built one of 20 Lamborghini at least once. Obviously the amount of money these things go for is not their concern.
